Who We Are
Kylie Quinn is the lead consultant at ImuKno Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in research & development of vaccines, chimeric antigen receptor T cells, and other immune-based therapies. She is an expert in in vitro and in vivo models of disease and ageing, design and optimisation of assays for immune function, and communicating complex information to a wide range of stakeholders. She has worked at institutions in the US, Australia, and New Zealand, with academics, clinicians, and industry partners, and led the Ageing and Immunotherapies lab at RMIT University.
What We Do
We have extensive expertise with:
Vaccine design and testing (adjuvant, mRNA and viral vectors)
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell protocols
Developing immunotherapies for ageing or immunocompromised populations
Animal models of infectious disease (Tuberculosis, HIV, vaccinia, influenza), haematological cancer, and ageing
In vitro human cell-based models (mixed lymphocyte reactions, T cell activation, monocyte-derived DCs)
We can help with a range of tasks:
Immune-based assay design and optimisation (in vitro or in vivo, animal or human cells)
Technical review of pre-clinical datasets and development strategies
Drafting and review of funding applications or materials for publication
Analysis and visualisation of complex data
Design of compelling communication materials for investors or other stakeholders
